የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ የአጠቃላይ ትምህርት ሱፐር ቪዥን ዳይሬክቶሬት ለክፍለከተማና ክላስተር ሱፐርቫይዘሮች ለሁለት ቀን የሰጠው ስልጠና ተጠናቀቀ፡፡
(ቀን ሚያዚያ 22/ 2016 ዓ.ም) ስልጠናው በዋናነት ከአዲሱ ስርአተ ትምህርት አተገባበር ጋር በተገናኘ የመምህራን እለታዊና አመታዊ እቅድ አዘገጃጀት ፤ በሱፐርቪዥን ጽንሰ ሀሳብና በአፈጻጸም ስለሚያጋጥሙ ተግዳሮቶች እንዲሁም የተከታታይ ምዘና ሂደት እና(continus assessment) እና ተግባራዊ ጥናትን (action research) መሰረት አድርጎ በቢሮው የስርአተ ትምህርት ባለሙያዎችና ሱፐርቫይዘሮች ነው የተሰጠው፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ዶክተር ዘላለም ሙላቱ በስልጠናው ማጠቃለያ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት በከተማ አስተዳደሩ በየደረጃው የሚገኙ ሱፐርቫይዘሮች የመምህራንንም ሆነ ርዕሳነ መምህራንን አቅም እየገነቡ የተማሪዎች ውጤትና ስነ-ምግባር እንዲሻሻል የሚያበረክቱት አስተዋጽኦ ከፍተኛ መሆኑን ገልጸው ሱፐርቫይዘሮቹ በስልጠናው ያገኙትን ግንዛቤ መሰረት በማድረግ እውቀትና ብቃትን ታሳቢ ያደረገ የድጋፍና ክትትል ስራ በመስራት የትምህርት ጥራት እንዲረጋገጥ ኃላፊነታቸውን በአግባቡ መወጣት እንደሚገባቸው አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ አማካሪ አቶ ጥላሁን ፍቃዱ በበኩላቸው የክፍለከታ እና ክላስተር ሱፐርቫይዘሮች በትምህርትቤቶች ድጋፍና ክትትል በሚያደርጉበት ወቅት የሚስተዋሉ ተግዳሮቶችና መፍትሄዎች ዙሪያ በቡድን እና በጋራ ባደረጉት ውይይት በቂ ግንዛቤ ማግኘታቸውን ጠቁመው በቀጣይ በትምህርት ቤቶች ከእቅድ ዝግጅት ጀምሮ በአፈጻጸም የሚታዩ ልዩነቶችን በማቀራረብ የትምህርት ልማት ስራውን ውጤታማ ማድረግ እንደሚጠበቅባቸው አስታውቀዋል፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ከሱፐርቪዝን ስራ ጋር በተገናኘ የሚስተዋሉ ክፍተቶችን መሰረት በማድረግ በየደረጃው ለሚገኙ ሱፐርቫይዘሮች የሚሰጠውን የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና አጠናክሮ እንደሚቀጥል የቢሮው የአጠቃላይ ትምህርት ሱፐር ቪዥን ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ጸጋዬ አሰፋ ገልጸዋል፡፡

የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተናን በበይነ መረብ ኦን ላይን ለመስጠት እየተከናወኑ በሚገኙ የቅድመ ዝግጅት ተግባራት ዙሪያ ውይይት ተካሄደ ።
(ቀን ሚያዚያ 22/ 2016 ዓ.ም) በውውይይቱ የክፍለ ከተማ ትምህርት ጽህፈት ቤት ኃላፊዎችን ጨምሮ የመንግስትና የግል ትምህርት ቤት ርዕሳነ መምህራን የተሳተፉ ሲሆን ውይይቱ ፈተናውን በበይነ መረብ ኦን ላይን ለመስጠት ከወዲሁ መከናወን በሚገባቸው የቅድመ ዝግጅት ተግባራት ዙሪያ ነው የተካሄደው።
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ዶክተር ዘላለም ሙላቱ በውይይቱ እንደገለጹት የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተና በከተማ አስተዳደሩ በበይነ መረብ ለመስጠት ከወዲሁ የተለያዩ የቅድመ ዝግጅት ተግባራት በመከናወን ላይ እንደሚገኙ ጠቁመው ፈተናው ኦን ላይን እንደመሰጠቱ ኮምፒውተሮች ፣ ላፕቶፖች እና ታብሌቶችን ጨምሮ ሎሎች አስፈላጊ ግብአቶችን የማሟላት ስራ መጀመሩን አስታውቀዋል።
ኃላፊው አክለውም የግል ትምህርት ቤቶች ለፈተናው አስፈላጊ የሆኑ ግብአቶችን የማዘጋጀት ተግባራቸውን ከወዲሁ በመጀመር ፈተናው በታቀደለት መርሀ ግብር እንዲሰጥ የበኩላቸውን ኃላፊነት ሊወጡ እንደሚገባም አስገንዝበዋል።
የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተና ከሀምሌ 3 እስከ 5 የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ እንዲሁም ከሀምሌ 9 እስከ 11/2016 ዓ.ም የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ፈተና እንደሚሰጥ የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች ኤጀንሲ በትላንትናው እለት መግለጹ ይታወቃል።

Today, we started the reconstruction work of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church building, which was caused by the development of the corridor, in the presence of His Holiness Abune Mathias, the Patriarch of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church and other religious leaders.
(April 21/ 2016) The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church is doing many collaborations in order to protect urban planning and development, to develop, modernize and implement better design in our city, and this building, which we started the reconstruction work of today, is one example of this.
This building had 4 floors and the new construction is a modern 4 floor building that adds a basement for parking, which is in harmony with the local development, plan, other surrounding heritage and Adwa victory memorial. We will complete the construction in a short time and hand it over to the church. I would like to sincerely thank the fathers of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church for standing by us in supporting the development corridor project.

We have completed the performance review of our administration’s nine month plan.
In the past nine months, apart from our challenges, we have made it possible to realize our vision of making Addis Ababa as beautiful as its name, convenient for its residents and an international center of gravity for tourists, by following innovative procedures, building a strong work culture and ensuring leadership commitment and coordination.
Our human oriented works that eased the living pressure of the residents and eased the burden of many people, eased the burden of the weak and the country’s debts, and reigned social justice. It has been stated that the 12th grade exit exam is being made available online in selected cities.
(April 19/ 2016) It has been stated that the 2016 grade 12 exit exam is being given online in selected cities.
The Minister of Education, Prof. Birhanu Nega, in his speech at the General Education Development Sector Consultation Forum, stated that work is being done to give the 12th grade exit exam online in selected cities.
He said that although it is not possible to give the 12th grade exam 2016 completely online, it is being done to give it in selected cities in all regions.
With this, selected students in all regions will take their exams online, while the rest will take their exams in the normal way, he said.
Director General of National Assessment and Examination Service (Dr.) Eshetu Kebede stated that preparatory work is being done to allow the examination to be conducted online.
He said that students will be given a trial test and will be made to try and practice again and again.
In order to help with this, the Director General stated that the students will be given repeated training by providing coach training.
It was also stated in the platform that the training of trainers will start from next week.

The Gulele sub-district administration education office organized a two-day creative science and mathematics exhibition.
(April 18, 2016) The exhibition will be held under the theme of a generation developed through creativity for universal growth and prosperity.
Mrs. Abebech Negash, Advisor to the Office Head of the Addis Ababa City Administration Education Bureau and the guest of honor at the opening of the exhibition, pointed out that the creative works prepared in science and mathematics lessons are where students turn the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom into action and present it to the audience.
The Head of Gulele Sub-city Education Office, Ato Million Kora, said that an exhibition of creative works of science and mathematics was held in schools and districts earlier and the best ones were presented to the public at the sub-city level.
At the opening of the event, students and teachers from public and private schools in the district presented their culture and dances to the program audience by dressing in different nationalities.

– Making land and compensation payments on behalf of commercial houses and private owners, preparing transportation to transport the developers to their designated residences and workplaces, giving them a special welcome in the area they entered, mostly maintaining their social ties, and relocation operations were carried out with great care and sense of responsibility.
– By preparing a clear and detailed implementation plan, design preparation, budget and construction of houses, workplaces and replacement land for developers have been done.
– To organize the information of development initiatives arising from their residences and workplaces, to discuss the initiatives, to deal with them in an efficient manner according to their preferences, and to resolve the complaints encountered, a procedure and organization has been developed and put into action.
– Development developers have been closely monitored to ensure that the infrastructure of roads, electricity, water and drainage are complete, so that developers can respond quickly to their questions.
– The senior management of the city has visited all the sites frequently to check the condition of the residential areas and the conditions of the development projects and to check the fulfillment of the services and if there are any deficiencies.
